A few things to clear up

Writer: TOF SurvivorTOF Survivor

A couple of weeks ago, at the time of writing this, I was attacked by a dog. A week or so after that, on the 17th of April, to be exact, I got in the Cranbourne Leader and Herald Sun, in regards to saving my dog. Although I was rather shocked to read about myself, and the attack, and what happened, I also noticed that there were a few...let's say, inaccuracies with the story. First off, I don't have a 'rare heart condition', as they described it. If it is, well I didn't know. The other two, I'll go on to listing as this post goes on, and I'll clear them up too.

Inaccuracy 2. In the article they wrote, I didn't lunge at the attacking Staffy at first. I was in shock and disbelief for a split second, then, a split second after that, a sense of urgency and protection overcame me. I sprinted at the dog, like a track runner, doing my best to get her out of the way, and to safety (which you can read, in the post before this).

Last but not least, my own mother is not a 'Ms', as they said in the article they wrote. They're a 'Mrs.'. Anyway, good news is my injuries have almost cleared up, and the bruising on my fingers has almost gone away, and disappeared. And 'Sophie's' injuries have almost healed as well. Oh, granted she's still not quite back to her usual self, still kind of depressed that she can't go out for her walk every day, but we're managing alright. She's still got some dark patches where she was bitten, but it looks a helluva better than it did a couple of weeks ago.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. So, Happy belated easter, and hope it was filled with love, chocolate, and fun.
