Another cover I found on my laptop, but this one was a magazine cover, for a magazine I thought would be rather cool to publish. Much like the title of this suggests, it's 'Mario Monthly', which, in my case, is a fan-based spoof on Mario characters, not unlike those other gossip magazines you see. I was only able to come up with the one cover, because when I wanted to design another cover, and at the time of writing this, I still wasn't able to find a good picture to put on the cover. It was going to be an expose of a different character, one who appeared in a Super Smash bros game, as an alternate character altogether. I am of course talking about Dr Mario. But, as I said, due to the simple fact I couldn't find a good enough picture of him, I wasn't able to make the right cover for it.
But that's besides the point. Here's the one I made last year:
I think I did a good job. And I made sure to credit the artist that did the main feature of the cover, namely, Bowser in his wedding tuxedo, and Princess Peach in her wedding dress. Who knows? maybe one day, I'll make another blog, under a different name, and make it based around stuff like this? But I'll let the future me worry about that.
